Give your career prospects a boost with a tailored Traineeship with KT&A. Traineeships offer real work experience with help and support to gain the skills and confidence to enable you to move onto an Apprenticeship or to increase your chances of securing a job you want.
A Traineeship is a programme tailored to you, with real work experience and accredited English and Maths qualifications (if needed). You must be aged 16 to 24. The programme can last up to 52 weeks.
