Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.

Non-accessible content

We formally test the accessibility of key user journeys that represent the breadth of content across our website on a regular basis against WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

Some parts of the website may not work for everyone. Below are known issues we either need to fix, cannot fix, or do not need to fix right now.

If you find something that does not work that we missed, remember to contact us.

Focus Not Obscured

Ensure when an item gets keyboard focus, it is at least partially visible.

Dropdowns remain persistent even after tabbing off and elements that it covers are still covered when they receive focus.

This is not compliant with WCAG Guideline 2.4.11

We are working to correct this issue.

Non Text Contrast

Contrast ratio of hover and graphical components and background is at least 3.1.

There are several elements which do not have sufficient colour contrast. This is not compliant with WCAG Guideline 1.4.11.

We are working to correct this issue.

Contrast

Provide sufficient contrast between text and its background.

Colour contrast of text on images is inconsistent and fails in areas due to different contrasts across the image. This is not compliant with WCAG Guideline 1.4.3.

We are working to correct this issue.

Info and Relationships

Information, structure and relationships conveyed through presentation can be programmatically determined or are available in text.

There are several elements that do not have correct labels. This is not compliant with WCAG Guideline 1.3.1.

We will correct this over time as we review each page.

Identify Input and Purpose

Input labels have appropriate autocomplete attributes defined.

The contact us form has autocomplete missing. This is not compliant with WCAG Guideline 1.3.5.

We are working to correct this issue.
