Kent Training & Apprenticeships

We are a trusted and specialist provider of workforce development skills and Apprenticeships to public, private, not-for-profit and voluntary, and community sector organisations with over 30 years experience.

Programmes have been designed with feedback from employers, young people, partner agencies and the organisation's 30 years of experience in the field. We aim to ensure the offers are fit for purpose, meet ambitions and aspirations. They are constantly reviewed and quality assured.

We seek to increase the number of Apprenticeships in Kent by:

1. Working with employers to expand young people's and adult opportunities in line with national and regional policy skill requirements.
2. Building on our core expertise in foundation skills and ICT, to develop flexible training packages to meet client requirements.
3. Establishing key partnerships, building relationships and improving our communication, to deliver and maintain good value, effective and high quality provision.
