Study Programmes - Work Ready
What is a Study Programme?
- A tailored, individualised programme to get you ready for work and boost your CV
- Up to 23 weeks, 3 days a week (5 days a week during your work placement)
- You must be aged 16 to 18 (up to 24 if you have an Educational Health Care Plan)
How can a Study Programme help me?
- You'll get real work experience with a placement for 5 weeks (2 days a week) that will give you valuable knowledge and practical skills in a real job setting
- You will get one to one support with your employer to boost your confidence
- Our dedicated staff will explore your next steps with you and help you positively progress, this could include a Traineeship, Apprenticeship, work or further education
- Prepare for the world of work through team building activities, interview preparation, creating a CV, developing employability skills,confidence building and increasing social/soft skills
- Get the skills you need by completing an Entry 3/Level 1 Award or Certificate in Progression, Functional Skills (English and Maths) along with an Entry 3/Level 1 award in British Values
