KAE Future Pathways is a dedicated programme designed to help young people build the skills, confidence and experience they need to move successfully into further education, training or employment. KAE Future Pathways brings together high-quality study programmes, expert support and strong employer connections.

Who is it for?

KAE Future Pathways is designed for:

  • Young people aged 16-18
  • Young people up to 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

Whether you're unsure about your next step, need support to get work-ready, or want to develop your independence, we're here to help.
